May 9 :
One of the most prominent Indian-American social welfare organisations, the National Federation of Indian American Associations (NFIA), has just launched its first college scholarship programme. Motivated and successful students are the target audience for this one-of-a-kind programme, which will help them succeed in college.

Eligible students and their families can find some relief from financial burden through the NFIA Scholarship programme. For up to four years of attendance at an eligible college, university, or technical school, the winning candidate may receive up to $2,500 each year to go towards tuition and qualifying fees. Renewal of the scholarship is subject to yearly evaluation of academic progress in compliance with NFIA regulations.

Our sponsors and friends are funding a large number of merit and merit cum means scholarships this year, according to an NFIA statement. "Successful applicants must be Indian American students or descendants of Indians."

In accordance with the established protocols, regulations, and guidelines, these scholarship money will be distributed. Contact NFIA to get an application form that is appropriate for your situation. For more information, you can visit the NFIA website at www.nfiaweb.org or the NFIA Scholarship page on Facebook. Scholarships will be distributed to the chosen candidates prior to the beginning of the school year (August 2024).
