Team Energized and ready for the extravagant AAPI Convention at Columbus July 4-8

Friday, Mar 23, 2018: As part of the preparations for the AAPI 2018 International Convention 2018, National AAPI convention committee members along with AAPI President Goutam Samadder, MD, Convention Chair John Johnson, MD, Convention Treasurer Yeshwant Reddy, MD and other Leaders and Program Chairs met at the Luxurious Hyatt Regency Hotel and Conference Center and the best Greater Columbus Convention Center, Columbus, Ohio where the AAPI 2018 to takes place.


This convention meeting was spearheaded  by the convention committee  chief advisor Dr Kothari who drove with his wife Dr Purnima Kothari.  AAPI is fortunate to have him guide us and lead us so the convention is successful.  Also AAPI is fortunate to have Dr Ashok Jain  our BOT chair help us in every step and make the Columbus convention successful.

This meeting was well attended by entire core team and key members and chairs of AAPI 2018 and different committees. Event Manager, Audio/Visual Director and Columbus Convention Center Representatives were on hand and made sure all key components leading up to the fast approaching major event were included and discussed.

Strategic plans were drawn up to energize the members, increase registrations, mobilize resources, sponsors, exhibitors,recruit keynote speakers, celebrities,young physicians/medical students. Ideas were discussed to spread the message across the country to have as many registrants as soon as possible before summer plans are made.

Registration committee chairman announced the Early Bird discounts and informing all of the Indian Doctor's to register early at www.aapiconvention.org, currently the early bird discount is the lowest ever.

Critical discussions taken place regarding inertia among AAPI members. First of the food tastings were done with the feast arranged by the Moghul Restaurant came all the way from New Jersey to showcase their culinary expertise.

Sponsorship Committee Chair announced very special offers to be the sponsor for the largest convention of doctors to be visible and reach to millions of potential consumers and or clients across north america.

The one of the highlight of the event is the CME offered. AAPI 2018 is offering 12-24 hours of World Class CME to the registered doctors. Early registrations are important to accommodate for the CME this year.

Entertainment as part of the convention is something every AAPI members looking forward to in Columbus also. AAPI planned the most entertaining world famous artists for the convention to entertain at the convention.

AAPI Convention is the largest organized Doctor's Conference ever in North America and Worldwide. All Core Team realized the magnitude of the tasks at hand . The meeting ended with the most sweet delicacies prepared by Moghul and it was a very productive meeting with key players getting energized and motivated to get to work.
