Indian Overseas Congress, USA to hold National Conference in New York on Saturday

July 28,2018: Indian Overseas Congress, USA will be holding a national conference on Saturday, July 28, 2018, in Crowne Plaza Hotel near JFK airport (138-10 135th Ave, Jamaica, NY 11436).

The conference is expected to bring delegates from across the country to New York for this important meeting that is supposed to lay the groundwork for strengthening the organization and expanding its reach within the Diaspora.
Mr. Sam Pitroda, Chairman of the Overseas Congress Department under All India Congress Committee (AICC) and Chairman of the Indian Overseas Congress, USA will chair the Conference.

“ India is facing a very critical election in early 2019, and NRIs and the PIO’s have a great interest in its outcome, and the current challenges to the nation ’s long-held democratic traditions and values are of great concerns to us,” Said George Abraham, Vice-Chairman of the Indian Overseas Congress. “Election itself will be an item on the agenda” Abraham added.
