‘Life Global’ USA Opening of new chapter in New Jersey for Social Projects to Support Underprivileged in India, organized by Dr Sudhir Parikh

The U.S. chapter of “Life Global” held an event to familiarize the Indian American community with the various social projects conducted by the organization, at the Royal Albert Palace on June 27th, with chief Guest Consul General of India shri Sandeep Chakravorthy from New York with Dr Sudhir Parikh who spoke about the commendable features of Life Global service in Gujarat, India.

Established in 1978, Organization ‘Life Global’ has been progressing with time and technology to support, sustain and enrich the life’s of underprivileged people in Gujarat, India in initial face of project. Dr Sudhir Parikh observed by visiting India and seen professionally well managed with manpower and financial resources of uplift humanitarian activities. The various humanitarian activities categorized such as blood center, the education environment, Thalassemia prevention, health and wellness, women empowerment with video presentation projected on wide screen with detailed of progress of each sector.

Life Global in India have reliable blood banks and strives to implement goals for environmental protection, prevent thalassemia, provide educational aid and equipment, implement traditional yoga science in modern times, and provide vocational training to help qualifying women so that they become self-sustained in their life.

The success of the project in Gujarat has been identified as one of the six Non-Resident Gujarati Centers and to facilitate connectivity of the Non Resident Gujaraties and Nonresident Indians with their love for homeland and to serve to uplift humanitarian activities Dr Sudhir Parikh provided structural podium for Indian Americans who want to help underprivileged people in India and did opening of new chapter of Life Global in New Jersey.

Addressing the gathering Dr Sudhir Parikh told the audience that he and his wife love contributing to various social projects, but prefers the word ‘investment in future’ rather than ‘charitable’ or ‘philanthropic’ work.

Ambassador of India shri Dr Sandeep Chakravorthy spoke about the necessity of medical and surgical camps not only in Gujarat but other states of India and gives involvement in supporting various projects. Consul General did emphasized on education by providing monetarily support in rural villages, clean water services and medical help by inviting supporters as investors in future and not a view of donations.
