MP, Mizoram Assembly polls on November 28

New Delhi, Oct 6: Voting to elect new Assemblies in Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram would be held on November 28 and the counting of votes would take place on December 11, it was announced on Saturday.

Addressing a press conference here, Chief Election Commissioner O.P. Rawat said the term for the 230-member Madhya Pradesh Assembly expires on January 7, 2019, while the tenure of the 40-member Mizoram Assembly is till December 15, 2018.
