Soldier injured in Shopian

Srinagar, Oct 26: A soldier suffered minor injuries on Friday in a militant attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district, police said.

Police said militants opened fire at the Mantribugh village camp of Rashtriya Rifles. "The militants escaped into the apple orchards around the camp," a police officer said.
