1st Test: Rain stops play on Day 3; Australia 204/8 vs India
Adelaide, Dec 8: Australia were 204/8 against India when rain stopped the play on the third day of the first Test at the Adelaide Oval here on Saturday.
Resuming the day from their overnight score of 191/7, the hosts managed to add 13 runs to their overall score in just 3.4 overs of play.
Jasprit Bumrah struck to dismiss overnight batsman Mitchell Starc (8), while Travis Head was batting on 66 runs when rain played spoilsport.
The hosts still trail by 46 runs against India's first innings score of 250.
