Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) organized a convention in conjunction with Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Varanasi on Jan. 19th to 21st.
GOPIO Chairman Dr. Thomas Abraham and President Sunny Kulathakal met Indian President His Excellency Ram Nath Kovind on Jan, 23rd and briefed him on Indian Diaspora issues. Dr.Abraham also presented a book, Global Indian Diaspora - GOPIO Making an Impact.
