Won't contest Lok Sabha elections: Shah Faesal
Srinagar, March 23 Former IAS officer Shah Faesal said on Saturday that his recently launched party won't contest the Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing a media conference in Srinagar, Faesal said: "We will strengthen the party before taking part in electoral politics."
Faesal launched the Jammu and Kashmir People's Movement (JKPM) during a rally in Srinagar last Sunday.
The 2009 batch IAS topper resigned from his job earlier this year to join politics.
Faesal said he wants to change the system from within and not by fighting from outside.
