Vipul Ishwarlal Patel, 54, senior video and photographer of Asian Media USA, passed away on Monday - May 20, in Chicago.

Vipul Patel was the prime example of community service and hard work. He has been an active member of the community both in India and the USA.

Vipul was successful warrior who met challenges early in life due to death of his father when he was just 11 yrs. old. He became the bread-winner of the family but concurrently completed his education and earned a degree in commerce.

Vipul worked over 5 years as main videographer and photographer of Asian Media USA. His dedication and hard work touched many hearts.

Vipul has been facing some health challenges, but nothing could stop him from being outgoing, polished and professional, running to events from one location to another, be it temples, consulate, festivals or mega events like Vibrant Gujarat.

He is survived by his wife Shobhana and sons Suril and Ravish.
