Ex-Haryana chief Ashok Tanwar to protest at Congress HQ
New Delhi, Oct 2: The infighting within the Congress in Haryana has landed at interim party chief Sonia Gandhi's doorstep.
Former Haryana Congress chief Ashok Tanwar is going to protest on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Congress headquarters in New Delhi.
Tanwar is miffed at the ticket distribution in the state. He said that "those who have worked for the party in last five years are ignored in ticket distribution. The persons who have worked against the party are considered by former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda."
Sources said that the party is even considering giving tickets to turncoats.
As many as 10 leaders from different parties have been offered tickets by the Hooda camp to sway Tanwar's supporters, said a leader.
