$66 Million settlement made against Indiana Cardiologist for unnecessary Cardiac Procesures

Indian Amrican Cardiologist Dr.Arvind Gandhi was accused of ordering and performing un-necessary surgeries and procedures on patients.

The Lawfirm brought the lawsuit had 262 patients as their clients

The Indianapolis firm of Cohen and Malad and the Merriiville firm of Theodoros and Rooth said this in a statement.

Settlement was the outcomes of six years of litigation against Gandhi and his associaties and his practice.
