Nurses association to partner with DAISY Foundation to present the NAINA-DAISY Health Equity award

National Association of Indian Nurses of America (NAINA) will partner with the DAISY Foundation to present the NAINA-DAISY Health Equity award.

The NAINA-DAISY Award for Nurses Advancing Health Equity is created to honor nurses, whose work advances health equity and helps in mitigating health disparities that are existing in the present healthcare environment. Further, NAINA’s philosophies and values ensure strong support to health equity while we stand in solidarity against all prevailing health disparities that exist in our nation and across the globe, including systemic racism.

‘I’m thrilled to announce that NAINA will be honoring and recognizing an individual nurse and a NAINA chapter who have contributed toward health equity through education, community partnerships, and active involvement with policymakers.
