Amyra Dastur actively campaigns for vaccination

Actor Amyra Dastur, who battled COVID-19 last year, is doing her bit to create awareness about the virus. She has called on people to understand that vaccination is the need of the hour. “Please get vaccinated if you get the chance. It is the only way out of this dark tunnel. Until then, please be safe and take care of your family,” she insists. The actress said that she hasn’t remained unscathed from the effects of the pandemic, she wants everyone to not lose hope and positivity.

“I lost people, too. It’s absolutely devastating because this should have never happened. I know so many people are angry, so am I. But, now is the time to reach out on social media and help as many as you can. Spread verified information, so more loved ones are not lost,” the 28-year-old actor said. Though things might have started to slowly open up, the actor is currently staying home and not taking any chances.
