Screening of short film ‘Death Offers Life last moments of Vincent Van Gogh’ in New York

It is with great pride and pleasure we announce the screening of our short film ‘Death Offers Life last moments of Vincent Van Gogh’ in New York. The short film from Kerala, the down South state of India is being screened along with the movies of world-renowned filmmakers like ‘No time to Die’, starring James Bond.
Screening of ‘Death Offers Life’ will be on till October 7 in New York.
The short film beautifully portrays the final moments of Vincent Van Gogh who shot to fame only after his death. The acclaimed painter was a failure in his lifetime.
Death feels sorry for Van Gogh and makes an offer to him which he rejects and accepts the hands of Death gracefully.
The short film made by a group of talented young artists from Kerala in the regional language of Malayalam (subtitled in English, Spanish, French and Italian) has already won more than 450 awards from 29 countries.
Saheer Abbas, hailing from Kochi has directed the movie. He has been working as choreographer and associate director in the Malayalam movie industry for the past 19 years. Abbas has recently directed another movie named ‘Whine’.
Death Offers Life is produced by NANR Films, Quilon (www.nanrfilms.com). The movie has bagged awards under 14 different categories, including the best picture, director, producer, writer, cinematographer, actor, editor, music director, art director, sound designer, costume designer, makeup and VFX.
