Amitabh Misra, an executive of Indian descent, has been named chief technology officer (CTO) of Sprinklr, a business software firm based in New York that focuses on unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) for contemporary organisations, with effect from April 1, 2024.
With this promotion, Misra will be responsible for directing Sprinklr's product development and engineering efforts as well as all R&D activities on a worldwide scale. He will report directly to Ragy Thomas, founder and CEO of Sprinklr, and will use his knowledge of innovative technologies to help the firm grow and scale.
Making a statement regarding his recruitment. Misra expressed his enthusiasm for developing large-scale technology platforms that would provide outstanding value to clients, citing his passion for technology and the newest advancements in artificial intelligence research.

Misra has been a VP of engineering at Adobe for the past 25 years, during which time he has built large-scale platforms for businesses of all sizes. He oversaw engineers, product managers, and artificial intelligence/machine learning researchers across India, Europe, and the United States as part of Adobe's worldwide research and development division for the Experience Cloud Platform.
Misra was the chief technology officer, chief architect, and head of engineering at Snapdeal.com before joining Adobe. He also co-founded and served as CEO of GOFro.com. He has a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from Berkeley.
