Noted entrepreneur Dr. Anil Paulose, 51, passed away

New York: Noted entrepreneur and president of the New York chapter of the Global Indian Council, Dr. Anil Paulose, 51, passed away in Cochin, Kerala.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Kolath, and two daughters Ann and Suzanne. He was the son of the late C. Paulose and Dr. Annamma Paulose. Entrepreneur and film personality Tom George Kolath is a brother-in-law

Anil was born in Tamilnadu, in 1972. From a young age, he had a love for the beautiful world around him and always sought to educate himself on all that God had created. After graduating from Breeks Memorial Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School, he went on to get his Masters and earned a PhD in Ecology from Bharathiar University. He would continue to be a life long learner, but always humble about his accolades.

Anil was a highly accomplished entrepreneur, owning a successful hotel chain including Marriot, Hilton, and Hyatt. He was also the Founder and President of Reliance Insurance Agency.

Beyond his professional achievements, Anil was a spiritual leader and dedicated to community service, holding leadership roles. He was also an active member of Shelter Rock Church.

He was a devout Christian and spiritual mentor to all those who knew him, dedicated to a life of spreading the good news and showing the love of Jesus through his humility and kindness. Steadfast in his faith, he always told his daughters to ‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.’ - Proverbs 3:5.
