Non profit organization DSNDP, teams up with NJ Department of Infrastructure Management for National Trails Day in New Jersey.

The joint effort between New Jersey Department of Infrastructure Management and DSNDP signifies their shared commitment to enhancing the beauty of New Jersey, progressing one mile at a time. Recently, celebrating the Earth Day weekend, DSNDP organized a Mega Cleanliness Drive and Tree Plantation Event across 21 locations in New York and New Jersey on April 27, 2024, with participation of more than 300 volunteers from 29 states in the United States and other countries like Canada, Mexico, India.

The event was graced by elected officials New Jersey State Senator Angela V. McKnight, Assemblywoman Jessica Ramirez; Chairperson Anthony L. Romano Jr.; Council President Joyce E. Watterman. The officials appreciated DSNDP’s contributions to nationwide efforts made by thousands of volunteers driving these state-run programs. Within the North American continent, DSNDP continues to collaborate with 18 states and 73 cities across the United States for nationwide cleanliness drive including 17 different programs such as Adopt-AHighway/Park/Beach/Street/River etc. During these cleanliness drives, DSNDP has successfully engaged 1879 volunteers, actively collecting more than 31000 pounds of trash, resulting in significant cost savings for the government.
The organization has received accolades from various state and county governments in form of 46 certificates and 44 signboards within the nation. The organization successfully hosted a Women’s Cancer Awareness Conference in February 2023 as well as organized blood and plasma donation drives in Canada and the United States in recent years.
