June 18 :
According to local law enforcement, a Secret Service member was allegedly held up in a robbery in California over the weekend, which happened to coincide with President Joe Biden's attendance at a prominent event in Los Angeles (June 18). Tustin Fields 1 was the scene of an incident that happened late Saturday night, at 9:30 pm local time, according to the Tustin Police Department.

Cops wasted no time getting to the site of what appeared to be a prospective heist. It was alleged that the victim's things were taken at gunpoint during the confrontation, and authorities later learned that he was a member of the Secret Service. An agent-involved shooting occurred as the situation deteriorated; however, it is still unknown whether the suspect(s) were hurt, as reported by Fox News. Although some of the victim's belongings were found nearby, initial attempts to find the perpetrator(s) were fruitless. The people responsible for the crime are being sought after by an ongoing investigation.

A silver Infiniti FX35, or a comparable model, was seen leaving the scene of the accident after it occurred, and authorities have now provided details about the vehicle. It is suspected to have been involved in the incident. The robbery was shocking, but authorities want the public to know that they are protected at this time. The robber(s) responsible for the heist have been sought for by the Tustin Police Department, who have made a public call for information. The agency is asking that anyone with information that could be pertinent call 714-573-3372.

President Biden, meanwhile, was in Los Angeles that evening attending a major campaign fundraiser. George Clooney, Julia Roberts, and Barbra Streisand were among the famous guests at the gala that took place at the Peacock Theatre. The event's prominence and financial success were highlighted by reports that it generated over USD 30 million for the Biden campaign. From $250 for general admission to $500,000 for VIP tickets with extras like photo ops with Biden and Obama, as well as access to an after-party, the prices of the fundraiser's tickets were all over the map. According to Fox News, President Biden's campaign received USD 26 million in a record-setting fundraiser earlier this year, hosted by CBS' Stephen Colbert. This event follows that.
