New Delhi, September 21 :
During his three-day visit to the US, which began on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in multiple activities and hold a bilateral meeting with President Biden, according to the prime minister.

Prime Minister Modi highlighted his schedule by saying that he will speak at a community program in New York and attend the UN General Assembly's Summit of the Future.

"I will be on a visit to the USA, where I will take part in various programs," Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote in a social media post on X. I will be in Wilmington, Delaware, for President Biden's local Quad Summit. I am eagerly anticipating the Summit's discussions. Additionally, President Biden and I will be meeting bilaterally. The Summit of the Future is taking place in New York, and I intend to be there. Additionally, I have an engagement in a citywide community program.

As he prepared to leave for his visit to the United States, Prime Minister Modi expressed his anticipation of attending the Quad Summit with President Biden, Prime Minister Albanese, and Prime Minister Kishida. The Indo-Pacific Forum has grown into an important coalition of countries with similar goals to promote stability, development, and prosperity in the area.

On September 21, Prime Minister Modi will attend the sixth Quad Leaders' Summit in Wilmington, Delaware, the hometown of US President Joe Biden.

The United States of America, India, Australia, and Japan form Quad. When the Quad Leaders' Summit returns in 2025, it will be held in India. In a meeting to address Indo-Pacific security and cooperation, Prime Minister Modi will be joined by US President Joe Biden, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese of Australia, and Prime Minister Fumio Kishida of Japan.

Prime Minister Modi will meet with prominent Americans in business and the Indian diaspora during his visit.

"I am eagerly looking forward to engaging with the Indian diaspora and important American business leaders, who are the key stakeholders and provide vibrancy to the unique partnership between the largest and the oldest democracies of the world," said he.

Prime Minister Modi hailed 'The Summit of the Future,' an event hosted by the United Nations General Assembly, as a chance for nations to come together and plan for the future of mankind.

For the sake of all people, the world community has a chance to plan for the future at the Summit of the Future, the prime minister said. Because they have some of the world's biggest stakes in a future free of war and instability, I shall express the opinions of the bottom 60% of the population.

The summit has been dubbed a "once in a generation UN Summit" by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres. As the United Nations approaches its 80th anniversary in 2025, the "Summit of the Future" will mark a watershed moment in its narrative.

"The United States of America will be present at the 6th Quad Leaders' Summit and will deliver a speech at the United Nations 'Summit of the Future,'" said Randhir Jaiswal, a spokesman for the Ministry of External Affairs, earlier on X.

The United States and India have a robust worldwide strategic cooperation that spans nearly every facet of human endeavor. This alliance is fueled by common democratic principles, common interests on various issues, and strong people-to-people ties.
