Being an actor cannot be grounds for denying rights; Telangana High Court grants interim bail to Allu Arjun.

Superstar Allu Arjun, who was arrested in connection with the death of a woman during a stampede at the premiere show of the movie Pushpa 2, has been granted interim bail by the Telangana High Court. The bail was granted under the conditions of a ₹50,000 bond, cooperation with the investigation, and not influencing witnesses. Earlier, Allu Arjun was remanded to 14 days by the Nampally Court. However, with bail granted, he no longer needs to remain in remand.

His rights cannot be denied merely because he is an actor. As a citizen of this earth, he has the right to live freely, and the court affirmed his rights as a citizen. The bail has been granted for a period of four weeks. The order was issued by a single bench headed by Justice Juveddy Sridevi.
