Dreams are precious. Never let them die!

A dream I had cherished from over four decades, finally came true. I received the first consignment of my first novel, Girl in Scarlet Hijab, a historical fiction set in India. Unboxing and seeing the result of two and a half years of hard work was both joyous and emotional. I am so happy that I could share this moment with my dear friends, Lata Setty and Ashok Krish. 

The next day, Dec 10th, the book was released by the Lt. Governor of New Jersey, Tahesha Way, at the TiE Global Summit, Bangalore, India. The same day I conducted an Authors Workshop at TGS where I shared learning from my authors journey. Following that on Dec 13th I had the honor to take part in a book launch and discussion with the Mysuru Book Clubs, at Mysuru which was attended by over 75 book lovers. I really enjoyed meeting with members of the book club and the conversation with Prof Shankar Bellur. Special thanks to Madan Padaki, President of TiE Bangalore, Mahesh Rao, President of TiE Mysury and Shubha Shankar Urs, founder of the club for organizing this.
