Navya Haridas questions the affidavit of Priyanka Gandhi, alleging concealment of asset details.

The opponent approached the High Court with a petition challenging Priyanka Gandhi's nomination affidavit. The allegation is that Priyanka Gandhi contested the Wayanad Lok Sabha by-election by concealing asset details. Navya Haridas, who was the BJP candidate in Wayanad, is the one who approached the High Court with the petition . The petition has been filed requesting the cancellation of the election.

Navya Haridas has argued in the election petition that Priyanka Gandhi's victory should be canceled based on the presentation of false information in the nomination affidavit. The nature of election petitions is different from other petitions. After the election, a petition can only be filed within a specific time frame.

The High Court will form a special bench to hear election petitions. This petition will be forwarded to that bench . Initially, a preliminary argument will be held regarding whether it is valid or not. If it is an inadmissible petition, it will be dismissed immediately. If there are issues to be examined, the argument will continue.
