As a result, security at the Taj Hotel blocked both vehicles and informed the police. In the meantime, the driver of one car fled the scene. Meanwhile, the police arrived and took the vehicles to the station. Further investigation revealed that the owner of one car had staged the fraud to avoid traffic violation fines.
The number of the car involved in the fraud is MH01EE2383. The original registration number of Ali's car is MH01EE2388. The fraudster had used this number on his car. The police stated that the car owner staged this fraud by changing the registration in order to escape from the loan recovery agents and traffic fines after missing the EMI payments. The police have filed a case against the owner of the car with the fake number plate in connection with the incident.
