A massive earthquake in Japan. The earthquake, with a magnitude of 6.9 on the Richter scale, was reported in the Kyushu region. The Japan Earthquake Monitoring Agency stated that the earthquake occurred in the Hyuga-Nada Sea. Authorities have issued tsunami warnings in several areas. However, no reports of damage or casualties have been received from anywhere.

On August 8th of last year, two strong earthquakes with magnitudes of 6.9 and 7.1 were recorded in the southwestern Japanese islands of Kyushu and Shikoku. Meanwhile, in a recent powerful earthquake in Tibet, many people lost their lives, and significant damage was reported. On January 7th, six earthquakes, including one with a magnitude of 7.1 on the Richter scale, struck Tibet. The earthquake resulted in the deaths of 126 people and injured over 300 others. According to information provided by the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 37 kilometers.
