The fire broke out inside the facility at around 8:15 PM today. The preliminary assumption is that no one was inside the facility at the time of the fire. After receiving the information, three units of the fire and rescue team from Kunnamkulam arrived at the site and are continuing efforts to control the fire. The fire broke out at a company selling machinery for agriculture. The preliminary assumption is that the accident caused damage worth lakhs. Efforts to control the fire at the site are still ongoing.
