Against the beautiful backdrop of Kozhikode Beach, the Kerala Literature Festival, one of Asia's largest literary festivals, will begin. The eighth edition of the festival will take place from January 23 to 26.On the 23rd, at 6 PM, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the K.L.F., where over 300 speakers from 15 countries will participate.

At the convergence of ideas, culture, and art, prominent figures from various fields, including literature, science, and the arts, will participate. The literary brilliance of Booker Prize winners like Jenny Erpenbeck, Paul Lynch, Michael Hofmann, Gauz, Sophie MacKintosh, and Georgi Gospodinov will elevate the festival, with an expected audience of six lakh people . Nobel Laureates in Literature, Dr. Venkie Ramakrishnan and Esther Duflo, will also elevate the K.L.F. as a platform for intellectual debates. Cultural and artistic programs that will add value to the festival have also been arranged.To enhance literary interest among children, storytelling, workshops, and interactive sessions have been organized.
