Malayali youth dies in a road accident in Ras Al Khaimah while returning from a visit to Jebel Jais. The deceased has been identified as P.K. Afsal (43), a sales officer at Dubai ELL Properties and son of Kunjumuhammed and Juvairiya of Perekattil House, Thottakkattukara (Canal Road), Aluva.
Three others who were in the vehicle with Afsal sustained serious injuries and were admitted to the hospital. The accident occurred at around 3 AM on Saturday. Friends stated that the body, currently kept at the RAK Police mortuary, will be repatriated after completing the necessary formalities.
Afsal had moved to the UAE two years ago. He is survived by his wife, Shibina, and children, Mehrish and Inara. His siblings are Siyas and Asif (Dubai).
