Engineering Student Stabbed to Death During Clash Between Students
V.L. Valentine (22), a fourth-year engineering student from Mizoram at Rajadhani Engineering College, Nagaroor, was stabbed to death during a conflict between students. The police have taken Lamsang Swale, a third-year B.Tech student from the same college and also a native of Mizoram, into custody in connection with the incident.

Local residents intervened and restrained the accused before handing him over to the police. The incident occurred around 10:30 PM near Nedumparambu Junction, close to the college. A group of students had gathered for drinking, which led to an argument, eventually resulting in the stabbing of Valentine.

Locals rushed the injured student to a private hospital in Kallambalam. Later, he was shifted to a private hospital in the state capital for specialized treatment, but his life could not be saved.
