Dentist Arrested in Kozhikode with MDMA
A dentist has been arrested in Koduvally, Kozhikode, for possession of MDMA. The accused, identified as Vishnuraj (29), a native of Karimp, Palakkad, was found with 15 grams of MDMA. According to the police, he was a key figure in a drug network operating in Kozhikode and had been under special squad surveillance for the past two months. Vishnuraj was running "Inayath Dental Hospital" in Karuvanpoyil, Koduvally.

The arrest took place at a flat in Omassery, Koduvally, where he was caught with the drugs. Two others who were present in the flat were also taken into custody. Investigations revealed that he sourced drugs from wholesale suppliers in Kozhikode and Malappuram, and he was also involved in smuggling drugs from Bengaluru.

Police confirmed that Vishnuraj was actively selling drugs to students in areas like Kozhikode town, NIT, Koduvally, and Mukkam. The investigation is ongoing to uncover further connections in the drug network.
