Srinivasan Pakkirisamy, a Development Lead and Solution Architect, has been appointed Director at SPL. The Texas (US)-based company is a certified Oracle partner and a technology and consulting leader in designing and implementing system integrations that empower digital transformation for organizations worldwide. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pakkirisamy built his technical expertise with global technology leaders in the United Kingdom and Canada. He has since worked for more than a decade in the United States, most recently as Principal Developer at Advance Auto Parts.
Mr. Pakkirisamy brings nearly 23 years of advanced technology and business systems experience to his new role, which became effective on March 12, 2025. Specializing in cloud systems such as Oracle Cloud, Azure, and AWS, integrations, frameworks, fusion middleware, payment processing solutions, and a broad range of innovative tools, his diverse project expertise includes senior leadership positions as a Solution Architect, Project Manager, Technical Consultant, and Financial Consultant, spearheading and developing cloud solutions, ERP implementations, integrations, conversions, support, testing, upgrades, and country roll-outs. In these capacities, he has been responsible for developing Enterprise
Architecture, including modeling techniques, technical solution assessments, and designing Information Technology (IT) standards and solutions to functional and non-functional requirements; requirements gathering and GAP Analysis—System Study (As Is) and Process Mapping (To Be—Building Process Flows); solution design for GAPs (CRP, GAP Analysis, and RICE identification); functional and technical designs and reviews; development coding and unit testing, including test scripts and execution, Quality Assurance, SIT, UAT, ETE, stress testing and regression testing; and production support.
Mr. Pakkirisamy has earned technical certifications in Oracle Cloud and as an Oracle Certified Associate, and is certified in Project Management. He also earned the prestigious Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential, demonstrating his superior ability to use the Scrum framework in team and project management. As a project director, he applies his significant leadership and IT expertise to managing stakeholders, technical teams, and on-site coordination, with a strong track record of effectively maintaining budgets, timeframes, deliverables, and status reports.
At SPL, Mr. Pakkirisamy will provide technical leadership and project oversight for digital transformations that create process improvements in operational and functional areas including financials, order management, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and administration. As Director, he will be responsible for leading the Oracle Cloud solution design and implementation aspects of client engagements, communicating with executive and management stakeholders and managing technical teams to ensure high quality, integrated software solutions that drive organizational process efficiencies, sustainability, and profitability, and meet customers’ needs.
Mr. Pakkirisamy earned a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a diploma in Software Development—Cloud Computing from the International Institute of Information Technology in Bangalore, India. He received Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Liverpool John Moores University (UK).
