Suspicion over wife's behavior; BJP leader's son and daughter shot dead in Uttar Pradesh.

In Uttar Pradesh, a BJP leader's son and daughter were shot dead, while his wife and another daughter are undergoing treatment. The incident occurred in the Gangoh Police Station limits of Saharanpur district. BJP executive member Yogesh Rohilla allegedly shot his wife and children.

The police arrested the accused from the crime scene and also recovered the pistol used in the shooting. According to media reports citing SSP Rohit Sajwan, Yogesh committed the crime due to suspicion that his wife was having an extramarital affair. Driven by doubts about his wife's behavior, he decided to eliminate his entire family.

The two children died on the spot. The wife and the third child, who are in critical condition, were admitted to Saharanpur District Hospital, SSP Rohit Sajwan told the media. Yogesh Rohilla had reportedly been under severe mental stress for the past few days. After committing the crime, he himself informed the police.
