Actor Shine Tom Chacko fled during a police inspection following a secret tip-off about drug use at a hotel. The incident took place last night at a private hotel in Kochi. Authorities had received confidential information suggesting that the actor and his group were using drugs. Acting on the tip-off, a DANSAF (District Anti-Narcotics Special Action Force) team reached the location.

Upon learning about the inspection, the actor escaped from a third-floor room. As the team approached the room for inspection, he reportedly climbed down through the window and fled through the reception area. CCTV footage of the incident has emerged. The DANSAF inspection was conducted based on information about drug use at the hotel, as directed by the Kochi Narcotics ACP. A search is ongoing to locate him.

Authorities are also investigating whether hotel staff were involved. The incident and CCTV visuals of the actor fleeing from the room surfaced shortly after actress Vincy Aloshious filed a complaint against him.
