Bobby Brown hoping for miracle for Bobbi Kristina Brown
Los Angeles, April 13
Late singer Whitney
Houstan's husband Bobby Brown believes that his daughter Bobbi Kristina
Brown can be saved. He says that he is letting God deal with his
daughter's recovery.
The 22-year-old was found unresponsive in a
bathtub on January 31 and her father Bobby has remained on constant
vigil at her bedside, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Speaking at his
first public appearance since Bobbi Kristina was hospitalised, he said:
"I must tell you all, this feels really, really good. I want to thank
you all for coming tonight and supporting me and my family. Rough times
are rough times, and hard times are hard times. I don't know what the
hell I'm going through right now but I'm giving it to God and letting
him deal with it."
An insider had previously claimed that the
46-year-old star believes his daughter can be saved, and that he is
"still leaning on the power of prayer".
Bobbi Kristina was
recently moved to DeKalb Medical, a long-term acute care facility in the
area, and Bobby is convinced his daughter will regain consciousness
again.
Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina's maternal grandmother Cissy Houston recently admitted she is praying for a miracle.
"She's
the same. We've moved her to a place for rehabilitation. And you know,
still not a great deal of hope. (We're) still praying.
"I give it
to God one time, because I know he's able. And I cannot change a thing.
I'm asking everybody: 'Just pray to the Lord who we know can do
something about it.' If he works a miracle, thank God. If it happens the
other way, I'm alright," she said.
