Salman suggested Kangana's name for 'Katti Batti': Director

Mumbai, Aug 8 : It seems that actress Kangana Ranaut has found a new fan in Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Filmmaker Nikhil Advani says Salman suggested Kangana's name for his forthcoming film “Katti BattiÂâ€.
Advani, who has worked with Salman in films like Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute To Love†and “HeroÂâ€, says Salman liked the script of “Katti Batti†and felt that the “Queen†actress would be the perfect choice to play the role of Payal.
“Salman loved the script as soon as he heard it and suggested that Kangana would be the perfect fit for Payal's character. Later that night, Salman called Kangana, who was in New York and told her that Payal's character was tailor made for her. As soon as Kangana got back in town we took things forward,†Advani said in a statement.
“Katti Battiâ€, which also stars actor Imran Khan, will release on September 18.
