New Delhi, Sep 5 : Thinking about crazy bachelorettes, weddings, parties, proposals in the air or any other similar Hollywood-driven fantasy that tickles your senses? But you know you cannot go for them in India as there are no services available like that.

That may be changing.

Droom, an online portal for buying and selling automobiles, has tied up with JetSetGo, which leases aircraft to provide charter services, one more option to the moneyed to party - in the air.

The service will be available in Delhi and is planned to be expanded to 15 other cities. It's a charter geared to individual tastes. One can just take to the air to watch hollywood movies or take out a girl for a swirl over the Taj Mahal or hold a wedding in the air.

Droom took around a group of journalists on Friday providing them a glimpse of the services available. It starts from a private terminal with a VIP lounge including a special counter for security check.

For this, Droom had arranged a Bombardier Challenger which seats 14.

With victorian design leather sofa-like seats, carpets on the floor and the wood-work on the interior it gave an affluent feeling and in some way carried the promise of a comfortable flight.

The crew served starters and juices although alcohol could be an option if requested by a consumer. You may even open a bubbly in the air while flying over the city.

The in-flight menu comprised several assorted delicacies and cuisines which could be called for anytime during the flight.

The washroom, located at the back of the plane, too gave a luxurious feeling. It was larger than usual, velvet coated along with a private shelf for keeping clothes, books and business suits.

After flying to Dehra Dun, the plane turned and flew low over Agra, helping the journalists catch a glimpse of the Taj Mahal, before landing in Delhi.

Charters were always available but Droom now seeks to add a bit of fun to the business. So, if you have the moolah, and are able to dish out Rs 1.5 lakh to take out ten of your friends, going up there may be an option.
