Deepika Kumari bags silver at Archery World Cup
Mexico City, Oct 26 Indian archer Deepika Kumari bagged a silver medal in the women's recurve event at the Archery World Cup here.
Deepika, who lost out to South Korea's Misun Choi 6-2 in the final on Sunday night, thus bagged her fourth medal in five World Cup Finals.
Misun found the middle when she needed it, clinching a path through the brackets in the last sets.
The 19-year-old reeled off three 29-point sets to go 5-1 up and put Kumari on the back foot. Both archers had shot 28 in the first set.
Both then put in a 29 in the last and split the set points, and Choi grabbed hold of the gold.
