INOC, USA President Mohinder Singh Gilzian visits New Delhi to reinforce links:

New York:  Soon after taking over the Presidency of the Indian National Overseas Congress, USA, its President Mohinder Singh Gilzian visited New Delhi to strengthen ties with the senior leaders of the Congress Patry in December 2015 and to make courtsey calls.  He visited over one dozen ranking officials and discussed ways and means for a closer dialogue in the days ahead.
 
Mohinder Singh Gilzian has been associated with the Congress Patry for over 20 years. He has served as the vice-President of the INOC, USA for the last 10 years. His brother, Sangat Singh Gilzian,  is a Member of the Legislative Assembly in Punjab and he himself is not only knowledgeable with the pressing issues that are preventing due progress in the state of Punjab, but also has close ties to many of the senior leaders from that state. 

Mohinder Singh Gilzian discussed issues plaguing the progress in Punjab and India as a whole and provided an NRI perspective to the process of finding solutions.  He attended the rally at Bathinda, Punjab which was organized by the Indian National Congress Patry and met Capt. Amrinder Singh who has been appointed as the new PCC Chief by AICC.  

Mr. Gilzian was very satisfied with his visit and upon  his return to New York he briefed the Chairman George Abraham and the Secretary General Harbachan Singh as well as the Committee as a whole.  At the debriefing session he also laid out his plans for the future of INOC, USA.   The members lauded his visit and appreciated his statement to them and pledged their total support to him.
