FIA outstanding leader award for Ravi Harsoor

Chicago, IL: It was a moment of pride to for the Indian diaspora to gather at an event arranged for Indian national festivals. The Republic Day is one among these occasions and is a remarkable day for each Indian who lives far away from motherland when it comes to patriotism. 

 

And recognizing the community leaders who have contributed to the betterment of the community at this moment adds more value to such events.

 

On the eve of 67th Republic day, Chicago's Shalimar banquet award ceremony was held by FIA to felicitate Ravi Harsoor who serves quietly and effectively.

 

Harsoor, who has business interests in medical, auto, petroleum, BPO and real estate, is a staunch follower of the Chinmaya Mission and its principle of ?producing more than what you consume and giving more than what you take?

 

He received the award from Consul General of India in Chicago Dr Ausaf Sayeed, patriarch of Indian community Niranjan Shah, and new president and stellar community leader Minhaj Akhtar.
