Anupam Kher turns 61, not bothered about 'years'

Mumbai, March 7
Veteran actor Anupam Kher, who turned 61 on Monday, felt blessed with the wishes of his mother and fans.
Anupam's mother wished him by applying a tilak on his forehead, and by tying a sacred red threat on his wrist.
The actor even shared a childhood image of himself in his mother's arms, and tweeted: “When a mother wishes her son 'WohorWod Mubarak' (Happy Birthday in Kashmiri), 'years' have nothing to do with it.â€
Over the years, Anupam has performed stage plays and has worked in the TV and film industry. Earlier this year, the government even recognised his contribution to art with a Padma Bhushan.
On his birthday, the versatile talent, who has remained in the news for his uninhibited comments on socio-political issues, also received messages from his colleagues from the film industry.
