Kerala Association of New Jersey celebrates family night

Jinesh ThampiKerala Association of New Jersey celebrated its 2016 family night and pioneer award distribution ceremony at a well attended function in Roseland, Newjersey. Pioneer award winners Fr. Mathew Kunnath, Mr. M.C.Alexander, Mrs Chithra Menon, Mr George Koshy, Mrs and Mr Bala Andrapalliyil and Mr Krishna Kishore were felicitated at the event.
The audience were enthralled by a delightful mix of
entertainment programs lined up by Kanj which included melodious songs and captivating
dance. South India's singing sensation Renjini Jose led
the singers which also included popular singers Suma Nair, Alexander,
Sachin, Lakshmi, and Thomas Abraham. Young Rithvik and Rishi
mesmerized the audience with their captivating rendering too. Trailblazing dance sequence by teams lead by Malini Nair, Praveena Menon
and Neena Philip caught the imagination of the audience.
Jemson Kuriakose was the emcee. People from all
walks of life and leaders from leading organizations graced the
occasion
Pioneer award winners were selected by a pioneer award recognition
committee receiving nominations from renowned individuals who have
left a legacy of excellence in their professional career
as well as service to the community. KANJ executive committee headed by President
Alex Mathew, secretary Swapna Rajesh and treasurer John Varghese offered
their wholehearted appreciation and congratulation to the winners.
President Alex Mathew said in a press release that he feels
proud to have a dynamic team as officials and thanked the audience and his team for making the family night a memorable occasion. He
noted that it was the first time that that pioneers were being recognized and
honored
Sheela Sreekumar was the convener of the event and James George,
Malini Nair, Anne George were the co-convenors
Specially dedicated committee headed by Ajith Hariharan, Raju Kunnath, Roy
Mathew, Neena Philip, Deepti Nair, Jayan Joseph, Joseph Idicula, Prabhu kumar,
Alex John, Jinesh Thampi worked relentlessly towards a successful family night.
Mr Peter Jacob, candidate for
Treasurer John Varghese offered vote of thanks
