Modi invites Swiss businesses to partner India's growth
Geneva, June 6 Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday pitched India's economic growth story to attract investments from Switzerland.
"I invite Swiss companies to be a key partner in India's economic growth," Modi said at a joint press conference with Swiss President Johann Schneider-Ammann.
"The economic links between our two countries are strong and vibrant."
Earlier, the Indian prime minister met the Swiss president as the two leaders discussed bilateral, regional and multilateral issues of mutual interest.
Modi arrived in Geneva early Monday from Qatari capital Doha on the third leg of his five-nation tour that will also take him to the US and Mexico.
