Grand Celebration of Two Years of Successful Modi Government in New York
Under the leadership of Jagdish Sewhani - President of AIPAC and Bobby K. Kalotee - Chairman of Friends of Good Health, the Indian American community of New York celebrated the Successful completion of 2 years of NDA Government in the presence of several distinguished leaders, Public Officials, Judges and Bollywood Star. The event was represented by a diversified audience - Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, who came together, in one voice and spirit in support of Modi Government.
Starting with 'Vande Mataram' the event laid a patriotic atmosphere. The Host and Overall Coordinator of the event Bobby Kumar, recognized the presence of several distinguished leaders, including representation from various countries like Pakistan, Poland, Bangladesh, Ireland and Greece.
The list of remarkable accomplishments of the NDA government over the 2 years, too long to be covered in a couple hour event, was well highlighted by several distinguished community leaders - Who's who of Indian - American Community - including Jagdish Sewhani, Bobby K. Kalotee, Harbans Singh Dhillon - Chairman of Sikh Cultural Society, Indu Jaiswal, Dr. Bhupi Patel, Flora Parekh, Kamlesh Mehta, Jay Singh, Teji Bindra, Dr. Urmilesh Arya, Beena Kothari - IALI President, Public Officials Andy Angle, Helen Votinous , Carmen Paneryo , Dean Hart , Bollywood Star Sameeksha and many others, who congratulated them for the ongoing success of the Bharat Sarkar.
'Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji has taken the country to greater heights in 2 years. Before Modi government, newspapers were filled with scam stories but since Modi Government in power, the newspapers now reflect positive development and progress of India, Before Modi Government, India was reluctant to play prominent role in global affairs. But in past 2 year India has become a major player in world affairs like never before and it has also formed a stronger relationship with several countries including USA.' Says Jagdish Sewhani
Tom Suozzi, running for United State Congress Congratulated Modi Government for this success and indicated that he looks forward to work with the World's largest and biggest democracy.
Bashir Qamar, a veteran journalist of Pakistani Newspaper 'Pakistani Voice' and President of a Pakistani association, expressed his positive experience and congratulated Modi government. In his remarks he indicated that Modiji is playing an instrumental role in bringing the countries together and highlighting the potential of Pakistani vendors in Indian Markets.
Inspired by the Modi Government, Syed Hussain, a Shia Pakistani leader, who saved a Gurudwara from being taken over by unauthorized people in Pakistan, said that now is the time to enhance the relations between the neighboring countries.
The event ended in positive spirit with a promise for on-going support to the existing government for several more successful years to come.
