Deepika Padukone Fails To Bag A Role In Tom Cruise Starrer The Mummy
A weeks ago it was reported that Deepika Padukone had auditioned for a pivotal role in Tom Cruise starrer The Mummy however, we hear that the actress has failed to make the cut.
Reportedly, DeePee had auditioned for the role of an Asian princess that Tom thinks about in a flashback sequence. Though the role wasn't big, a source claims that Padukone was keen to share screen space with Cruise. Sadly, she is no longer in the running.
Before Deepika, Huma Qureshi had auditioned for the role but she too failed to bag it.
