'Ek thi Rani' nearing completion: Hema Malini
Mumbai, July 16 : Veteran actress-politician Hema Malini says her upcoming film "Ek Thi Rani" is nearing completion and will be released soon.
The 67-year-old actress took to Twitter to share that the film is based on the life and times of Vijaya Raje Scindia known popularly as the Rajmata of Gwalior."Another movie is nearing completion and should soon be ready for release, 'Ek thi Rani' based on the life and times of Vijaya Raje Scindiaji," Hema tweeted on Saturday.
Last month, Hema received a backlash for tweeting about "Ek Thi Rani" when her Lok Sabha constituency Mathura was engulfed by violence and tension.
Earlier this week, the "Dream Girl" decided to keep her Twitter updates only to "film and dance" activities.
