Suriya to release audio, trailer of 'Chennai 600028 II'
Kuala Lumpur, Oct 3 : Actor Suriya, who is busy shooting for the third instalment of the "Singam" franchise, will release the audio and trailer of Venkat Prabhu's upcoming Tamil comedy "Chennai 600028 II" in Malaysia.
In a statement, it has been confirmed that Suriya will preside over the audio launch of "Chennai 600028 II" here on October 7.
At the event, the film's traler for theatres will also be launched.
"Suriya sir will already be in Malaysia for the shoot of 'S3' when we reach later this week. We felt it would make sense to have him launch the audio and trailer of our film. When we approached him, he immediately agreed," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
A sequel to the 2007 sleeper hit "Chennai 600028", the film stars Jai, Shiva, Premji, Vaibhav, Nithin Sathya, Vijayalakshmi, Mahat Raghavendra and Abhinay Vaddi.
