Sushma calls on Sri Lankan PM
New Delhi, Oct 5 External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj called on visiting Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe here on Wednesday.
"Singapore yesterday, Sri Lanka today! EAM @SushmaSwaraj calls on Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe @RX_UNP during his visit to India," External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted.
Wickremesinghe arrived here on Tuesday on a three-day visit to India.
He will hold a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi later on Wednesday.
The Sri Lankan Prime Minister will attend the opening plenary of the India Economic Summit here on Thursday before leaving for Colombo.
