Four envoys present credentials to President

New Delhi, Oct 12: Envoys of four countries including China and Qatar on Wednesday presented their credentials to President Pranab Mukherjee.
A Rashtrapati Bhavan statement identified the four as Ambassadors Mohammed Khater Ibrahim Al-Khater (Qatar), Luo Zhaohui (China), Radu Octavian Dobre (Romania) and Sidi Mohamed Hanene (Mauritania).
