Reliance Energy starts customer services on WhatsApp
Mumbai, Oct 26 : Reliance Energy, the electricity distribution arm here of Reliance Infrastructure, on Wednesday said it has started offering customer services on WhatsApp to its over 3 million subscribers.
By adding the Reliance Energy number 9022813030 to their WhatsApp contact list, customers can now avail a host of services, including status of e-payments, metering and billing queries, duplicate bill requests, and host of other services, Reliance Energy said in a statement here.
"We have created special cells of trained executives who will make our customers' WhatsApp engagement more output-oriented," said a Reliance Energy spokesperson.
