New Delhi, Nov 8 Using Google Cloud platform, gaming app developer BlueStacks' customer base has increased to more than 130 million gaming lovers in almost 200 countries, the company said on Tuesday.

"We chose Google Cloud platform because it gives us a zero-maintenance solution. As we have grown our business, Google Cloud platform lets us devote our time to building the best product possible for our customers," said Jay Vaishnav, Senior Vice President (Products) of BlueStacks.

BlueStacks streams information about user behaviour into "Google BigQuery", where the data is analysed to generate recommendations for what games users might want to play.

Insights generated from "BigQuery" enable BlueStacks to create a personalised experience for their consumers which increases engagement.

BlueStacks also uses Google Cloud Storage for durable and highly available object storage along with Google Cloud Datastore.

"PC gamers, who make up our core audience of over 130 million users, are generally willing to invest effort to gain the best gaming experience," Vaishnav added.
